'Preppers' are now common, as we all seem to need to be making sure preparations have been made for future lockdowns, and we're more uncertain of the future than ever before.
It's time to do things differently! Work and Business provide basic survivial needs, which directly impacts our Health and Mental Health. One of the most important and also the most impactful things in life. Because without health we can't fully enjoy life and time with loved ones.

Community Support for Businesses who are able to hire people that choose not to be vaccinated or have been vax-injured), are encourgaged to let people know they are welcome to apply & not forgotten.
Of course positions will be offered based on merit and ability to perform the required tasks. Alternatives such as additional flexibility, remote work, modified hours or jobshare arrangements could be offered.
Although the government has recently said they will provide 'compensation' for those who can 'prove' they cannot work due to a VERY SHORT LIST of "known conditions" brought on by the current vaccines. This will likely NOT cover a vast array of effects, impacts or illness.
The huge spike in Anxiety & Depression now impacting many people is just one instance, that a supportive workplace can actually significantly help to heal from.
