Online Consultations work well for clients who are based in remote locations, are time poor or just prefer the convenience of a coaching consult from the comforts and privacy of their own environment.

Or those who currently have mild to severe flu symptoms and need to self-isolate - see below.

If you meet the criteria below you may be eligible** to claim the medicare rebate for appointments (clinical psychology).

**Conditions Apply

We use the Zoom online meeting platform, unless a phone consult is preferred.

It’s easy to use & provides a secure and stable data connection in most cases. Your privacy and confidentiality in these sessions is very important to us.

Zoom is extremely easy to use. Shortly before your appointment time, simply click the meeting link provided upon booking (please contact us if you have not received this email). The program will open in any web browser, or via the zoom app on any device, even your smart-phone.

If you would like any more information you can give us a call on 0410 605 304 or send us an email.

Payments are typically online via our secure payment system, however if you'd prefer another payment method (just call or email to book your consultation and discuss payment options), and an invoice can be emailed to you.

Can I claim a rebate for my Online coaching session?

At the moment online Consultations are not eligible for medicare rebates, but you may be able to claim via your private health fund (for psychology) in some cases.
